On-Site Services Layan Gardens Condominium Phuket
Our on site management office is open from 10am to 6pm seven days per week. Our focus is to ensure residents and those on vacation have everything they need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
On- site services include:
- Letting Management Service – You can let your condominium in Phuket on an ad hoc, short or long term arrangement. Please discuss your requirements with our Office Manager.
- Maintenance - Our on-site maintenance team ensure you can do what you came to do... relax.
- Laundry – Before, during and after your visit we can arrange for your apartment to be cleaned, laundry to be taken care of and provide basic toiletries.
- Maid Services – Maid and babysitting services are available for whatever length of time you require. We can even provide live in staff.
- Car and Boat Hire – Fully insured car, jeep, motorcycle or boat hire are available.
- Shuttle service – Throughout high season a minibus shuttle service will be available from early morning to late at night for local beaches, restaurants and spas and the Laguna Resort Golf Club.
- Excursions and shows – Bookings for anything that is happening on Phuket including boat trips to the nearby islands and bays can be organized with the minimum of time and effort through our office.
Maintenance and the Shuttle Service are part of your monthly service charge. All other services are chargeable during your stay.
