The Management of the site and services:
Our management office is open and staffed from 10 am to 6pm six days
each week (closed Sundays) and provides many services for the owners
including the following:
:• Letting your home - We can provide
a full letting service for your home exclusive of marketing. Please discuss
what services are available and the reasonable applicable charges with
the Sales or Office Manager if you wish to let your home on an ad hoc,
short term or long term arrangement.
• Maintenance - Our on-site maintenance team will ensure that you can do what you came to do... relax. They will take care of anything you need doing around your home.
• Laundry – Before, during and after your visit we can arrange for your home to be kept spotless! As well as clothing washing and dry cleaning the services to be made available include the laundry of bed linen, towels and provision of toiletries. A very reasonable daily, weekly or monthly charge will apply.
• Maid Services – Our office can organize maid and baby sitting services to suit your requirements be it for the evening, daily, weekly, monthly or indeed permanent full time (live in or out).
• Car and Boat Hire – We can arrange for fully insured car, jeep, motorcycle and boat hire at very competitive rates with transport to and from your home.
• Shuttle service – Our own fleet of ‘Tuk Tuk’s’ will be operational daily from early morning to late at night. The routes will offer the local beaches and seafood restaurants, the Laguna Resort Golf Club, Hotels and Spa’s and the restaurants, bars and shopping of nearby Tinlay Place and the surrounding area.
• Excursions and shows – Bookings
for anything that is happening on Phuket as well as ferry trips to the
nearby islands and bays can all be organized with the minimum of time
and effort through our office.
