The furniture packages at Layan Gardens are available to all owners
and are not compulsory unless you wish for your apartment to go into
the ‘Rental Guarantee’ Program.
The furniture and equipment is chosen six months before completion to
ensure the latest models, styles and products and of course availability!!
The chosen products are of excellent quality and the design is functional,
modern, and tropical so as to match perfectly with the apartment design.
