Up to 50% finance of the purchase price of our Phuket condominiums are available over 12, 36 or 60 months from the date of contracts being signed. No additional paperwork or proof of earnings is required.

Monthly payments are required.
Buyers using Layan Gardens Finance are eligible for the rental guarantee option for our Phuket condominiums if so desired.
